Courier and Private Post Rates

Currently Foxys only provides letter and light package services. Additionally we offer periodical delivery services to publishers wishing to have home delivery to the Great Falls area. Call us today to find out how to get started with home delivery for a very reasonable price.

Private Post

Note: Private Post is similar to US Postal Service. Our service is private and not operated by the government in anyway. We control our sort, what we accept, and our delivery standards. Our goal is 99.999% delivery. Our costs are a bit more than USPS, but we also have received no taxpayer bailouts. You may expect delivery, in town, of within 2 business days. Rural areas often take 3-4, as our rural routes are not quite as developed at this time.

  • 1-4 oz, up to 9×12 envelopes and flats $1.00
  • 4-8 oz up to 9×12 envelopes and flats $1.25
  • 8-16 oz up to 9×12 envelopes and flats $1.75

Courier Services

Courier services are generally point to point, or route services. Point to point has the highest cost, however it allows immediate delivery as well as real time tracking. All courier services are priced by weight and mileage.

Letter Courier – Day:

Base Price include 3 mile delivery range for that weight. To be delivered within 8 business(9a-5p) hours of pickup.

  • 1-8 oz Base price: $3, extra mileage is 75 cents per mile
  • 8-16 oz Base price: $4, extra milealge is 85 cents per mile.

Letter Courier – Fox Speed

Base Price includes 3 mile delivery range for that weight. To be delivered within 2 hours of pickup.

  • 1-8 oz Base price: $4.50, extra mileage is 75 cents per mile
  • 8-16 oz Base price: $6, extra mileage is 85 cents per mile.
  • Additional items to same address are charged at 50% of rate and no additional mileage charge. Highest rate item is always first item.

Package Courier – Day:

Base price includes 3 mile delivery range for that weight class. To be delivered within 8 business(9a-5p) hours of pickup. No hazardous materials.

  • 1-4 lb item: Base price $5, extra mileage is $1.25 per mile.
  • 4.1 – 10 lb item: Base price $7.50, extra mileage is $1.75 per mile.
  • up to 20 lb item: base price $10, extra mileage is $2.00 per mile. NOTE: this is the largest package we will handle.
  • Additional items to same address are charged at 50% of rate and no additional milage charge. Highest rate item is always first item.
  • Packages may not have anything other than an invoice or mailing label on the outside of the package. Invoice or label must be attached in such a way that it can not be knocked off with reasonable handling. Riders are NOT permitted. If you need to send additional documentation, please add a envelope item to your order.

Route Services:

Route services provides delivery services on a regular basis. News papers, food (non-perishable) boxes, subscription items, etc. We have drivers that have a strong background on making sure subscriptions get to their destination reliably.
