Frequently Asked Questions

Can I tip my driver?

Yes, we love to hear that the drivers who work with us receive tips. Our drivers are independent contractors who have had background checks and are expected to provide excellent service. When you give these drivers tips, you are giving a personal thank you to them. All of that said, you also should not feel obligated to tip the driver. Our drivers receive at least 60% of the delivery fee, we believe they are the core of our business and we treat them as such!

My package is late, what do I do?

Simply give us a call (406) 204-0297 and we’ll help you track it down. All of our drivers have software and PTT radios so we can reach out and get an idea of when your delivery will happen.

Can you put my letter/package in my mailbox?

Technically no, while we can drop mail in mail slots, mailboxes are only for use of the United States Postal Service. We are working with industry and trade groups to force the USPS to change this for verified private postal services, however it will be a long fight. Let us know if your interested in helping pave the way for better postal service through privatization.

Do you work with the Postal Service?

Yes and no, we can drop your letters/packages off to the postal service. You will be charged for the postage to continue mailing on. We do not have a seamless passthrough to the post office at this time.

I received notice that my package was dropped off, but I can not find it.

We apologize for the inconvenience. When we can not hand a letter or parcel to a person, we take a proof of delivery picture, reach out to us and we can furnish that picture so you can see where it was left. Our staff takes a great deal of pride in ensuring that package get to where their going, and we’ll work hard to make sure you get your package. Sometimes we have to not deliver, if there is any question about if an address is the right one or not.

My Package is being held, why?

If we feel the package is in an unsafe location, we try to contact the recipient first, then the shipper to get clarification, the shipper may request a hold rather than allow the package to be put in a questionable spot. If we’re not sure, we will not leave the package. Call us night or day and we’ll help get you reunited with your package!
